What you can check yourself

1. Their free content. The Wiener Bros YouTube channel has long-form breakdowns of real deals and full free courses. Watching a few hours tells you whether the method makes sense to you before you spend anything.
2. Student interviews. Our results page has long, unscripted interviews with students about their numbers and their mistakes. Results like theirs are not typical.
3. The companies. Look up 7Figure Consulting LLC and JW Lighthomes LLC in state business records and on the BBB.
4. The software. Land Atlas has its own site and pricing; you can see exactly what it does.

How WealthBuilder works

WealthBuilder is a partnership, not a push-button system. Partners get builder buy boxes, Land Atlas, training and coaching, and access to a Deal Desk that makes a written offer within 72 hours on properties they put under contract. Partners do the outreach themselves, about one to two focused hours a day. The method is explained in What is the Builder-First Method?

Pricing depends on the partnership level and is explained on a call after you apply. Refund and guarantee terms are written into the partnership agreement.

Questions to ask any land program before you pay

These are worth asking us or anyone else:

• Can I see the agreement before I pay? Read the refund and guarantee terms in writing, including what you must do to qualify.
• Can I talk to current students who aren't on your sales team?
• What does it cost all-in? Ask about software, data and marketing costs on top of the program price.
• What happens if I can't sell a property I contract? Look for a real backup, not just encouragement.
• What are typical results? Any honest program will tell you most people take longer than the success stories, and some never close a deal.
• Is financing involved? Be careful about financing education against income you haven't earned yet.
